1. Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days from delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few working days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Contact your credit card company if applicable
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
